Diggt Panchang (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides Hindu calendar and muhurta calculations through mobile and web applications at diggt.cloud. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Location (optional). If you grant permission, the app uses your device location to compute sunrise, sunset, and local panchang times. You may also enter or adjust a location manually. Location is used on your device for calculations and is not sold to third parties.
• Usage and diagnostics. When enabled, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. This may include device type, app version, and coarse technical logs. You can disable analytics in development builds or by contacting us.
• Information you provide. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.

How we use information

• Compute panchang, tithi, nakshatra, and muhurta for your chosen location.
• Improve reliability, performance, and features of the app.
• Respond to support requests.
• Meet legal obligations where applicable.

On-device processing

Core astronomical and panchang calculations run on your device using the Swiss Ephemeris library. We do not require an account for basic use, and we do not upload your full panchang schedule to our servers for routine operation.

Third-party services

We use Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting when enabled. Google’s privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. Hosting for this website is provided by Cloudflare.

Data retention

Analytics and crash data retained by Firebase follow Google’s retention settings for our project. Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

Children

Diggt Panchang is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Deny or revoke location permission in your device settings.
• Uninstall the app to stop local data collection.
• Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
